A small, time-boxed assignment (2–4 hours max). For developers, a small feature build. For video editors, a 30-second edit. For marketers, a sample content plan. No unpaid labour if hired, it counts.
A 30-minute chat with the department head to review your task, talk about expectations, and align on your start date.

Yes, internships at Algo Orbit are paid. The stipend varies by role and is discussed during the final conversation round. We believe your time and skills deserve fair compensation.
Most roles support hybrid or fully remote arrangements. For video editing and digital marketing, remote is standard. For full stack, it depends on the project. We'll clarify during the first call.
Typically 2–6 months with the option to extend. High performers are considered for full-time Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) at the end of their internship.
Highly recommended but not mandatory. A GitHub profile for developers or a video reel for editors significantly improves your shortlist chances. Even personal projects count — it shows initiative.
